When you or your child need extra help, we're here for you.

Phoenix Health cares for children of all ages with complex health care needs in Central Florida. As one of the few primary care practices in Clermont to do so, we offer these children a medical home, providing care that is accessible, comprehensive, compassionate and sensitive to cultural differences. We see patients with a wide range of medical conditions; some are unable to communicate verbally, walk, stand or feed themselves on their own.

When you arrive at Phoenix Health, you can expect to be greeted by one or more clinicians who are experienced  and committed to providing you and your child with excellent care. Initial appointments at Phoenix Health usually consist of meeting with you and your child, conducting a thorough interview, and using a variety of assessment tools to help determine the specific needs, strengths, and weaknesses they possess. We do this by utilizing assessment measures and interview questions that are informed by research and our clinical experience. We look forward to seeing you and helping you and your loved ones in improving your health, well-being and quality of life.
