No-show appointments may be charged an appointment fee. Guaranteed approval or money back is only if our doctor or the state of Florida denies it after the application is sent. The patient is required to send the application in within 7 days of the initial exam. Pre-qualification on the website does not mean the doctor or state will approve, the patient must visit the clinic for final determination.

A $25 no-show appointment fee may be charged if the appointment is not rescheduled prior to 24 hours of appointment time.

Insurance is not accepted as a form of payment for medical marijuana services at this time.

Registered members of our practice for more than 24 months. The cost will be $75 for new card certifications and $50 for subsequent renewals while maintaining the current active patient status.

All concierge members of our practice will receive new card certifications and all subsequent renewals at no charge while in active concierge status.
